Ome is operated by biner.dev. By using Ome you agree to the following.
Age. You must be 18 years old or older. We do not knowingly allow minors. Anyone who appears underage is banned and may be reported to authorities.
Conduct. No nudity or sexual content, no harassment, no threats, no hate, no spam, no soliciting, no recording or sharing of other users without consent, no illegal content. Breaking these rules gets you banned by device and IP address.
Anonymity. Chats are not stored on our servers. Video and audio travel directly between the two browsers. We keep a short log of reports, bans and payments. Do not share personal information with strangers.
Premium. Premium is a one time purchase for a fixed period, not a subscription. Filters rely on what other users declare about themselves. Refunds are given at our discretion for technical failures only; contact support@biner.dev with your order id.
Liability. Ome is provided as is. We are not responsible for the behaviour of other users. Use common sense and stop any chat that makes you uncomfortable.
Privacy. We store: an anonymous device id, your declared gender and age, your country (from your IP address), your IP address (for bans), payment records, and reports. Nothing else. Ask support@biner.dev to delete your data.
